i wandered into a Tim Hortons on my way home last week from school. i had just gotten over the flu and gotten out of the darkroom and thought i needed a pick-me-up so i decided on some of my usual timmies tea… but as soon as i was in the door i was bombarded with signage: Gingerbread Hot Chocolate. in need of Christmas spirit, and curiousity, i obliged and tried it. but the cashier threw me a curveball: "would you like whipped cream on it?" panicked, i accepted. *shakes head* it was delicious, deceivingly delicious. it was NOT real whipped cream. it tasted like delicious marshmallows and the gingerbread flavour was amazing… its awful how addictive it is. but its counterpart, not so. gingerbread molasses cookie? blech on the molasses, further blech on the outrageous price. more than a donut?! COME ON!
its just not fair. if only they had never taken away my chocolate snowflake. just let me eat enough to get sick of it. dammit they are clever.
