Cats, Cathedrals and Ciders: The South of England: Day 1

04 Jun

Thurs. May 12, 2016:
Toronto flying to England

We got to the airport early, as I had previously scoped out a newly opened Wendy’s. It would make for a way better dinner and that way I could peacefully sleep on the plane. It did not matter that Wendy’s was in the other terminal, the train between the terminals was fast. There was no line at security and we breezed through. We ended up with about an hour and a half of time to kill. The iPad would not connect to the internet and I was frustrated with the table-mounted ones in the airport. I gave up and read my book, Primates of New York, instead. It was tough to read, as I was getting really tired and restless. At least this was a good sign that hopefully I would sleep on the plane.
